Terms of Sale & Use

Maure Edition 001 is limited to four thousand pieces — eight tones of five hundred pieces each. Each piece is individually numbered. Once an allocation is exhausted, no restocks or second runs will be produced.

A reservation secures your place in the queue for the tone you selected. It is not a final sale until payment is confirmed and the edition number is assigned.

Prices are shown in the currency indicated and exclude shipping. Taxes and duties for destinations outside the EU may be collected on delivery and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Pieces ship from our atelier outside Milano with tracked delivery worldwide, typically within four weeks of order confirmation.

As each piece is numbered and hand-packed for a specific buyer, we accept returns only for items that arrive damaged or defective. Notify us within 14 days of delivery to arrange a replacement.

We warrant each piece against manufacturing defects for twelve months from delivery. The warranty does not cover normal wear or accidental damage.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the piece. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Milano, without prejudice to consumer rights in your country of residence.
