When you reserve a piece or join the waiting list, we collect your email address and, if you choose to provide them, your name and shipping details. When you browse the site, we receive basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed.
2. How we use it
We use your data to confirm your reservation, send drop and shipping updates, fulfil orders, and respond to enquiries. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
3. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of (a) the contract to deliver your order, (b) your consent for marketing emails, and (c) our legitimate interest in running and securing the site.
4. Processors we rely on
We use a small number of service providers to operate the site, including hosting, database, email delivery, and payment processing. These providers process data only on our instructions and under appropriate data-protection agreements.
5. Retention
We keep reservation and order data for as long as needed to fulfil the contract and meet our legal accounting obligations. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.
